I made mine a little differently. I used white flannel so there is a little bit of stick, I think on her site she used flat cotton batting and hot glue gunned her edges. Sewed some like a pillow, I used double sided tape with a fabric trim. The easiest ones I did were just taping the flannel to a board. No finished edge but still work great.
