Christmas Cardinal Runner

I worked hard last night and got the binding done on my runner last night. I have 3 or 4 runners I need for Christmas this year, most as gifts. I love this one so far. I may keep it for myself and make a second one to give a way. Doesn't look good on my table?

I fussy cut the cardinal fabric to fit in the star center. I think this cardinal fabric is a Northcott form last years line. I still like it.

Close up of the quilting.

The quilting shows off well with a white backing. I love the little holly that I did.

I have added to Finish it up Friday with Crazy Mom Quilts

  1. Absolutely LOVE this runner! I think it should live where it is for the holiday season..... you can always make another one, right? Beautiful quilting... the little holly and berries are cute.

  2. What a cute table runner. If I didn't always have junk piled on my table I would make a few for myself!
